The missing pillar of Christianity - David oh

Great Commandment
Generally, around the world, most churches are built on 2 main pillars – Love God, Love people.
Matthew 22:36-40
“Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?” Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”
Mark 12:29-31
“The most important one,” answered Jesus, “is this: ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.”
Luke 10:27-28
He answered, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind; and, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself. “You have answered correctly,” Jesus replied. “Do this and you will live.”
Galatians 5:13-14
You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love. For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”
Romans 13:8-10
Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law. The commandments, “You shall not commit adultery,” “You shall not murder,” “You shall not steal,” “You shall not covet,” and whatever other command there may be, are summed up in this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.” Love does no harm to a neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.
James 2:8
If you really keep the royal law found in Scripture, “Love your neighbor as yourself,” you are doing right.
So, what is this commandment saying?
You are to love others to the extent that you love yourself.
The missing pillar of Christianity is – love yourself!
3 Pillars
1) Love God
1 John 4:19
We love because he first loved us.
1 John 4:8
Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.
2) Love yourself
People who have a strong self-esteem generally do better in life than those with low self-esteem.
3) Love people
There is nothing wrong loving yourself as long as you love others with the same intensity.
Selfish Selflessness
Selfish Selflessness is different from Selfless Selfishness.
To establish these 3 pillars in your life is to have:
GOD-_______________ S_______________ S_________________________
Everything you do, ask yourself these 3 questions:
• Am I loving God?
• Am I loving myself?
• Am I loving people?
